9. Fees & Payments

Some services may require payment. Any applicable fees will be disclosed in advance in writing or in a separate agreement.

We currently do not offer subscriptions or payment plans but reserve the right to do so in the future with proper disclosure.

10. User Responsibilities

Failure to do so may negatively affect outcomes and limit our ability to assist.

11. Limitation of Liability

Actions or decisions of lenders, servicers, courts, or government entities

If liability is imposed, it shall be limited to the amount paid to us for services, if any.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foreclosure Rescue, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your misuse of services

False or misleading information you provide

Violation of these Terms

13. Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration, rather than in court.

Arbitration shall be conducted in Illinois

Each party bears its own costs

No class actions or representative claims are permitted

You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
