Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about foreclosure assistance

Do you make me sell my home?

No, Our first goal is to keep you in your home when possible. Remember, you have to be able to pay your mortgage after we agree to a resolution.

Is this legal?

Yes. We coordinate education and resources recognized by lenders, HUD-approved counselors, and, when needed, attorneys. We document everything.

I have a sale date—can you help?

Often, yes. Call immediately. Options shrink as the date approaches, but urgent steps may still exist.

What if my lender already denied me?

Appeals or updated submissions may still help—especially with complete, well-organized files and current financials.

What does your help cost?

The initial consult is free. Many resources are free or subsidized. If any paid services are considered, we disclose them up front and you decide.

Which states do you serve?

We serve our clients in most of the 50 States, but do not serve clients in the state of California.
